Both tie into the same point: You've given no discernable reason for going after low hanging fruit and it's all you've done so far.

New players in the game (especially early in the game)like arew hanging fruit and you know it. This question is pointless and evasive.
The question is "Why are you voting for him?"
Nah, I know what you were going to say, just wanted you to say it so we have it down.
I don't feel like he's playing like a new player. I figured I'd toss a vote on the new guy to get "new player reacts" and got nothing. Maybe it's my CE background or my background from the forum mafia board, but new players typically at least react to an early random vote because they don't really understand that the votes in the first few hours can be random, especially with no reasoning attached to them. (This is why I voted initially)
His lack of response makes me think that he rolled up on the scum board and asked "What do I do?" (like every newbie scum ever) and someone told him to "remain calm, don't panic if someone votes for you, and post so you don't look like you're just lurking with nothing to say" - which is the cliffnotes for new scum. I feel he's really been non-responsive. (This is why I left my vote on him overnight)
Personally, I'm also surprised- there are players I would have figured would have tagged in with me to try to test a new player, or to try to test other new players, but that really hasn't happened.
Ha ha, Ive done no research at all. :) Ive played a battle royale death match game on RI a lot though. And I think some of the psychological work isnt completely different. :) The way to win is to join in an attack, not start one. Dont draw attention to your attackers, if you counter you may be sniped. But notice when your attackers get attacked and maybe lend a hand...
The winners arent the ones who get on the first big fights.
This game is different tho since we arent all murdering each other >_> I admit I didnt draw attention to your vote but I was starting to feel guilty it wasnt noticed on the score lost and was probably gong to bring it up today because it wouldnt have been fair to ignore it. ---
