Topic	Does G-Fuel actually help you game better?

I use it before work when I need to get up early, or have a long shift and need a bit of a boost if I didn't sleep well. Its not a super effective energy drink like 5 hour, but it gives a bit of a boost without any crash and no "over-energized" feeling.
