Topic	Anyone here ever deal with OHSA?
SmokeMassTree 07/19/18 9:35:09 AM #1:	I feel like the company I previously worked for is in violation of several forklift requirements. I want to make a complaint. Anyone ever do it? Backstory I guess: I quit recently. No notice at all, just said why the fuck am I doing this still and sent an email to the owner stating I was resigning. I had about 47 hours of pto left and met all of the requirements for the severance package. The company refuses to pay out my pto or honor the severance package. I'm looking at about $10,000 of lost income. The complaints I'm going to make will end up costing the company 100k+ in fines and possibly shutting down for a week or more so that's way more in lost profit. --- A.K. 2/14/10 T.C.P.
