cbt is great if you really give it a chance and practice it a lot. you have to really consciously apply it for a long time though because you're reversing however many years of negativity. and even if you think you're not having negative thoughts if you're having anxiety and panic attacks you're having negative thoughts in some form.

I've probably become immune to it. However I apply some form of cbt to my life everyday with deep breathing, mindfulness and I've even dabbled in meditation. It helps a little at least as I don't get a tight chest as much. I probably should cut out the nicotine and caffeine too. It certainly doesn't help matters.
