But that future is still likely hundreds of years away. We are in the baby steps of AI still as of right now, and then we'll need decades and decades of development before they can be trusted to do anything to the human body. While I'm sure that self driving vehicles computers are nothing to scoff at, they're basically just being directed to "don't crash into stuff."
