He was living with his father in Randle where was last seen on June 23 Friends and family tried to locate Eastman but he failed to meet with his friend as police interviewed his friend, Benito who told him he hadn't seen him for several days.. Police canvassed the area before finding his body in a grave on a property belonging to Marquez's relative. Police first were told that the grave was for a DOG but became suspicious Jonathan told police that they sexually assaulted Benjamin for 20-45 MINUTES with a STICK and kicked him 100 times to kill him as a pathologist agreed with those numbers given the blunt force trauma...but they also hit him over the head with a ROCK to be sure he died.. They then buried him and burned his clothes and left him NAKED in the grave as they used a shovel to bury him with dirt Benjamin's father said he learned on the court railing to make sure the brother's couldn't miss him and said "I wanted t hem to look at me, i wanted to look them in the eye. There is evil people out there. I don't know what makes them tick. I don't want to know. I'm loved and my son was loved and that's all i'm about".
