Lyon is also worth upgrading if you need a red raven mage since he has good bulk I've been focusing my feathers on merges and skill inheritance where necessary. I think Lilina is the only character I promoted for use this year. I have six good red mages as is, and I'd sooner build Raven as an infantry axe. I've even got a perfect 4* Nino just hanging around since I've never felt the need to build her. It's the first time in over a year that I may have to use a 4* unit in the arena.
