As Zeus says I don't think this is a matter of race, it's pretty easy to Google similar scenarios and find instances of non black kids getting cops called on them they simply just don't get as much coverage because it doesn't have juicy race-baiting. My neighbors called the cops on me when I was a teen because I parked my car facing the wrong way on the side of the road on a street n the very back of the development.
