SmartMuffin 06/29/18 2:15:55 PM #296:	I lost the link because Twitter is stupid, but I saw something earlier suggesting that the shooter was charged with some sort of stalking crime, but plea-bargained to a lesser harassment offense. The original charge would have resulted in him being banned from purchasing guns, but pleasing to the lesser offense meant he wasn't.
