Harley actually has zero EU factories, and doesn't seem to have any public plans to make EU factories. Most of their factories are in the US, with the next largest being in Australia, followed by Brazil and India. (The Thailand facility has not opened yet, but it sounds like it could be large if they're replacing their Kansas facility with it). --- Cats land on their feet. Toast lands peanut butter side down.
