Trump uses his personal one for his presidential one, it's why he can't block people on Twitter, because it's a public one. So you're wrong.

Ruling called it a 'designated public forum', which imposes certain rules but may not imply others, and I suspect any lawsuit claiming he's required to use it only for official business would run into obfuscating legalese on the subject.

I am wrong in saying that it's not an official account. I didn't realize the specifics of the ruling, it's quite interesting.

The judge notes that the account is also used for non-official business.

But it may also still be true that he's legally allowed to use it in this way, depending on whether 'official records' per the presidential records act can include personal attacks on businesses or not. I'd have to explore that further.
