It's the worst Nintendo home console vs. a top 3 all time console. Frankly, it should be an even bigger blow out, and that overrated mediocrity of a game, OoT, is probably going to take out like 8 games before finally dying.
Shocked FF8 is doing so well, though. It's giving Suikoden 2 a serious challenge for contest MVP.
Woah man, times have changed if people are calling 64 the worst.
If anything, people seem to praise it a lot more now. In the early 2000s, it seemed everyone agreed that the PSX was far superior, and even GameCube had surpassed it.
Then again I posted on RPG centric boards...
I've always considered N64 the worst Nintendo console. I really liked Gamecube, and it's a shame it's looked at as a failure. On this site at least, N64 seems to be oddly beloved by the majority, which I don't understand.
Then again RPGs are my favorite genre.
Wii U was great, Nintendo just abandoned it really quickly / ported out many of its exclusives. Bayonetta 2, Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Warriors, Xenoblade X, Smash Bros, Guacamelee, Shantae & The Pirate's Curse...I got plenty of enjoyable gaming out of my Wii U, if it didn't have (effectively) only a 3 year lifespan, it really could've been an amazing library
