The demo gives you the option to pick any of the 8 characters, due their first chapter, and then explore the world to find the other characters. They'd be giving away a whole lot if it was every character's first chapter with no time limit. Hell even with the 3 hour limit some people have still managed to recruit all 8 characters or level up to 40+ and have great equipment. --- BK_Sheikah?
