The crew and the rest of the cast were expecting a second season, before Roseanne went off the rails, and it was essentially too late to get jobs elsewhere in the industry. This is a good short-term fix, but don't expect a season 12. Roseanne has been off the air for years, if those actors were depending on this to support them something is very wrong The series had already been renewed for season 11 a few weeks before Rosey became an unperson.
