Some would feel like they need to work harder to show off that they're nore than the skin colour, others would be happy with the fact that they've earned something. Most people in my university are there because they've earned it, not through some diversity quota. Plenty of asians and white people. You can't prove that though, even if you feel that way. I look white, but I am ethnically Spanish Mexican. Applying as such to UCLA definitely helped my chances. So even if you feel it's earned, being a minority increases chances more so than academic merit. This is why the DOJ is suing American Universities, and Commie California. If there's a diversity quota, Black and Latino students meet a lower threshold than white and Asian. For an Asian student coming out of high school, it's almost impossible. It makes total sense that you don't think discrimination anyone aside from whites occurs because you live in a very ethnically diverse area. Try leaving your bubble and seeing the rest of the nation sometime. Well I didn't ask to live here, and this time 40 years ago it was 50% white. But due to the astronomical costs of living, poor immigration control, and scum-sucking Hollywood, all of the decent hardworking families ran for the hills. I'm basically the casualty of war/ bad luck. But hey, I'm working on it. The problem is that I was tailored to be an atheist Democrat. But, a year before the Trump election I realized I was just being used. So, I wasn't so lucky. But believe me when I tell you that LA is a microcosm for what democrats want the entire country to look like. If California won't obey the law, then I guess the government should teach them some manners. Still, since LA's white population is so low, you're think we'd be up first for jobs? So much for Diversity. Let's just keep pushing for the "politically correct" minority, because we love to give people who hate whites resources.
