Most people in my university are there because they've earned it, not through some diversity quota. Plenty of asians and white people.


You can't prove that though, even if you feel that way. I look white, but I am ethnically Spanish Mexican. Applying as such to UCLA definitely helped my chances. So even if you feel it's earned, being a minority increases chances more so than academic merit. This is why the DOJ is suing American Universities, and Commie California.

Moreover, if there's a diversity quota (and there is), Black and Latino students meet a lower threshold than White and Asian students. For an Asian student coming out of high school, it's almost impossible.
