It could be that some people werent prepared for the event or are burnt out from 3 events in a row without any break. Or some could be skipping it entirely not realizing its way easier than the bullshit Ibaraki Raid was. Im sure theyll rig us a victory like with Ibaraki. Theres no way they would let us fail and be unable to get Kintoki until next year or something. I think they will definitely need to adjust this sort of event in the future for the non-Japanese playerbase though. Our numbers just dont seem high enough to deal with trillions of HP or our player base just isnt dedicated/determined enough to repeat the same stage countless times for very little reward in return.
