And the same people who are trying to impeach trump are saying it. Why wouldn't they at least attempt to argue that some votes may have been changed, instead of conceding that point entirely? It's a moot point. Congress doesn't understand computers, ScotUS doesn't, we're not about to go PirateBay on Russia's ass and extraditite hackers. Plus, the election is over. It's best to just focus on all the people who pleaded guilty to working with Russia and go from there.
