Had that cocky "IDGAF" rich dude attitude. He was okay. The biggest issue I have is that it's hard to cast somebody who is both a good Bruce Wayne and a good Batman. As much as I hate Butt Asslick, he was a good Batman, just a terrible Wayne... John Hamm would've been perfect. He's the animated series one come alive.
