Yeah I was surprised that absolutely no new footage of Metroid 4 was shown. Not that I'm a huge fan of the series or anything (I think it's pretty good but good is about it) but a lot of people were hyped to see SOMETHING about it. Also, a lot of people wanted to see a new Animal Crossing going by the chat. They never announced it previously, though, so it's no big deal.

Even the Smash Bros. announcement had one disappointment for me and that was Bomberman as an assist trophy. More than any other 3rd party character in the world (outside of Sonic), I've wanted Bomberman to join in as a playable character and maybe have either Max, Sirius or Bagular (or whatever they're calling him these days) as the assist trophy. But hey. Little Mac started as an assist trophy too so baby steps I guess.

Overall, I was happy with what I got. SSBU has the best roster to date (my friend is going to love Young Link's return) and people finally got their Ridley too. Also, competitive Mario Party is back! No more of that carpooling BS!
