Hell even asking mods 8 years ago about even purgatory not being very effective:

In other words, it's generally better to let people have something of value to come back to than just ban accounts left and right and create the situation where someone is just running around with a handful accounts that have next to no Karma and therefore have no incentive to follow the TOU at all."
Its like a mod admitting they cant do anything to someone with alts....
Kinda ironic tho given the guy running around with 10K alts.
Moot as anyone can have alts and im sure plenty dont flaunt it much as others and its just a testament to how long ago having alts just trumps the system. ---
