For the first one:
So long as it's in public where people can see it happen. More embarrassing but less frequent.
For the second one:
So long as it happens when you're by yourself. Less embarrassing because you're alone, but also more frequent.

Shitting yourself is way more disgusting and harder to clean, but pissing yourself in public means lots of people are going to see it and talk about it. You'd probably be known for constantly pissing yourself. On the other hand shitting yourself so often can be inconvenient and might interfere with your day to day function.

I guess that if this was my fate I'd have no choice but to wear goddamn diapers everywhere. For the sake of the question though I'll say that's not an option.
