It's a simple equation of calories in, calories out but the older one gets, I think the better it is to just be mindful of how much/what ones eat. I still exercise, occasionally, but its more to stay fit than to lose weight. To lose weight I need to be more mindful of how much/what I eat. Jogging 6-8 miles are my longer jog sessions but that's only good for maybe 600-700 calories at most and only if I pushed myself. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
