The occasional In-N-Out or a nice steak for a special dinner with friends is my only real time I'll eat red meat. In some places I actually would choose a tofu dishes but the issue with tofu is that it has to be done right to be good. Tofu for the most part take on whatever flavour it is cooked with but some places do not do that properly. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
