I'm sure if someone took one of your favorite pieces of media and made a shitty Hollywood movie out of it that bastardized the entire point and themes, you'd be mad too. But hey, I'm a dork because I want a game about the worst 6 years in human history, the plight and adversity of which none of us could comprehend, treated with a bit of dignity instead of cyborg-arm super soldiers--This coming from a franchise that used to try to distinguish itself from the norm with a little investment in realism. im sure you're really concerned about the depiction of a tragedy presented in a fucking dice game that is going to be full of people glitching through walls and sniping people, middle schoolers screaming over voicechat and half of your team sitting around doing nothing at any given time waiting for planes to spawn BF1 could at least foster moments of thematic dread. Many maps were gorgeous with detritus and ruin, and tense firefights could occur. But hey, if it can't be perfect, I might as well throw the baby out with the bathwater, right? If I can't have Saving Private Ryan I should settle for Fortnite, right? Because that's the conclusion of that argument. I'm not asking for perfection, I'm asking for more than what they've shown.
