SPR debuff on enemy. ) Since Heaven Shift got a high multiplier, you can gear her with trial gear, and she can do a prepped ability to deal Heaven Shift damage thrice as burst damage, Lila hits hard for fairly low effort so to speak. So go ahead giving her the Holy Wand from Sheratan and any other wand. ATK for Lila is something you will have to ignore until 7* where it becomes relevant, BUT, there is a good chance at that point you might have a better chainer at that point. (And I forgot I had Doublehand just now.... ~_~) And don't use double ability. You use mp only once with dual wield.
