I think it was my graduating year (at a different school though still rural area though) I started hearing about gay proms that where held someplace other than the school. and that school actually had a lot of openly gay kids nah, some areas aren't bad. city I used to live near, had plenty of gay clubs (even a few clothing stores that seemingly was aimed at the LGBT crowd) and you constantly saw people with rainbow flag bumper stickers and shit where I live now (still rural) you don't see many gay men but boy you sure see lesbians every where. --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
