It's good news because people who went to jail over possessing a plant will be released. How is that "good" news? At the very least, it is people who went to jail because they broke the law and were punished according to the laws which were established beforehand. I could see being indifferent to it because you disagree with the law or so on. But, to see it as "good"? Seems weird to me. If a law was created in bad faith and said law is being challenged across the country, then yes, it's a good thing to free people sentenced (and sentenced to inordinate lengths of time) under the restrictions of that bad faith law. --- Touch fuzzy.
