I mean the article starts out questioning why Kanye makes the remarks he does (since he's clearly not alt-right) and then examines the right's tendency to feign support for someone who says anything pro-trump, even if they've been vitriolic towards them in the past.
Supporting Trump isn't all the article complains about.

And I say "expects us" because anyone with an ounce of critical thinking would know that racists still wouldn't like Kanye for this and she's calling everyone who agrees with Kanye here alt-right, as well as Kanye himself. You don't have critical thinking skills, however, so you fell for it.
This isn't new. The alt-right, and you, live for pitiful gotchas and using tokens to lash out against demographics that they usually despise. It's why before BP came out the alt-right were bashing the movie for starring a black cast, then loved the movie again based off a quick Wikipedia read of Wakanda, then back to bashing it again once the movie was released and they had a chance to see it. Hell, the same exact concept is why Milo even has any support amongst those circles. You and the alt-right constantly love saying that he can't be homophobic because he's gay and that he can't be racist because he's married to a black man. So you see Kanye say some nonsense on Twitter and you point to black people and you say "see, told you so" despite Kanye's entire discography and musical career saying something different. You guys just love tokens.
That's why I refuse to answer mal's questions when he demands answers. It's obvious when he gotcha-baits and I'm not going to give him the satisfaction. He always defaults back to "you won't answer because you know I'm right" or other such nonsense. It's almost adorable. It's why he needs UnfairRepresent to defend him all the time. ---
