Bad officiating, no consistency with fines/suspensions (just like the NFL), stagnant salary cap situation, bad CBA which makes lockouts an inevitability, bad ownership for the most part. They are also just as guilty as the NFL for hiding the whole concussion issue. And they still allow fighting!
