You as an adult can't just go bullying children and not expect trouble with the law. Whether or not the charges are dropped is not really relevant as to why shouting Trump quotes is somehow an arrestable offense harassing strangers in public, especially children, is probably at best gonna get you a conversation with a cop or security.
