You're looking at 600 points daily from ranking, 100 points from daily mission and 300 a week from weekly mission for even the worst of level 61 teams. Gold ranking and below is auto wins against offline teams, Plat is where you start seeing online teams. So even bad teams can make Plat 1. Arena store is 30k for 1 UW. 27k if you have Gladi. So you're looking at around 6 weeks for a weapon with a bad team, like 4-5 weeks with an ok team. People in masters/challengers get once every 3-4 weeks if they have Gladi.
