Gotta love how all the topics about him get removed when he's on such a list. What a joke this site is.
The thing is that if Dawkins ever uses GameFAQs as a platform to groom children (and there's every reason to believe he's still here) then there's more than sufficient evidence to prove that GameFAQs knowingly tried to hide his Sex Offender status. The staff here have repeatedly said that they won't attempt an IP ban or other stronger methods of banning his dual accounts, and they repeatedly delete any thread exposing his Sex Offender status. So if GameFAQs is used as a platform where a child is injured due to Dawkins actions then that's enough to prove civil liability in my book. It's really in CBSi's best interest to NOT delete these threads.
