It's kind of conjecture on my part, but there was the praying before dinner, the fact that the women wore more traditional dresses, and there was also a Bible verse or something in the background of when she was talking to the son about going with the father, but I didn't catch what it said I kinda thought maybe the dresses were homemade or something, or Evelyn just liked that farm style but maybe.
