That it's okay to rape and you get a clean slate when you enter a different country? You are no longer a rapist once you cross an invisible line? Yup that's what I was guessing. So you realize these rapes are happening in Mexico. You also (hopefully) realize that not every single person in Mexico is a rapist. So why is every person coming here from Mexico suddenly a rapist?
