holy shit dude

no.

there are only three main types of onions.

red, yellow, and white.

of those, are varieties.

sweet onions are majorly a variety of yellow, but there are some red sweet onions.

there are no white sweet varients.

your entire argument is "YOU WOULDN'T WANT A NORMAL ONION IF YOU ASKED FOR A SWEET ONION"

well no fucking shit, i want a sweet one because that's the kind i want. if i wanted a normal ass onion i would have said normal ass onion, just like if i wanted a red onion and got a white onion i'd be annoyed because i wanted a red one. your argument is complete shit and predicated on nothing but your own ego getting its ass kicked.

walla walla, vidalia, 1015 onions?

all from the yellow family.

you want to use wikipedia? instead of the actual .org website i used that's all onions?

fine.

Common onions are normally available in three colour varieties. Yellow or brown onions (called red in some European countries), are full-flavoured and are the onions of choice for everyday use, with many cultivars bred specifically to demonstrate this sweetness (Vidalia, Walla Walla, Cvennes, "Bermuda,"[23] &c.)
