Don't really see the issue. It wasn't even particularly violent. Looked fairly controlled which is lucky for her because getting dumped in handcuffs could have been a lot more painful.
The issue is if someone isn't harming anyone, you shouldn't tackle them.
The problem was that she wouldn't leave the property? If the cop let her run away, she would end up leaving the property, thus solving the problem entirely.
wasnt she running in handcuffs ? if she falls and get seriously injured the cop would ve been blamed
when someone gets handcuffed /arrested their well being is the cop responsibility
