Topic	Steam sales and too many games

Do people still buy way too many games on steam just because they're on sale and have a huge pile of steam games they're going to be trying to get to for a long time?And a bunch they'll never play because they bought humble bundles and such? I remember that was a big problem back when I was younger. And then, for like a little over decade, I hadn't really bothered with it.
