Just like any electronic device, parts can be faulty and there is a lot of different components in a PC. The thing with a PC though is you usually have the ability to easily replace whatever is faulty. Hell a loose cable or something could be at fault. From what I read you have a warranty though, so get that going asap the sooner you do the sooner you get your PC back in working order, downtime sucks but it happened so deal. If you didn't have a warranty though you could just test parts to figure out what died and replace it. Best case the PSU as that is one of the cheaper parts in the system these days
