The ones that Merc Missions don't work on are generally obvious like the ones that ask for a quest to be completed. The one node that really feels like it should work but doesn't are the "X damage in one hit" nodes. If you ever wonder why a common Blade seems to hit a wall in Affinity Chart growth from Merc missions, it is likely that type of node. --- This was not the best year for my bracket.
