No. Good 3D dungeons have some sort of progression to them where you slowly unlock more and more of the dungeon, as well as their entire structure which is a navigation puzzle in itself. You have to figure out where to go as well as solve the small puzzles along the way. BotW dungeons have zero structure, you can do any small part of it in any order and then you're done.
