It has a very very weak startup
When you get to the first dungeon it's a little bit better
When you get to Hyrule Field it gets better
When you have to do the tears of light in Kakariko it falls back down to being weak
When you get Epona it goes into Maximum Overdrive and stays that way through the rest of the game
