Ignoring that literal Chinese food is vast in variety and Chinese Restaurant menus are almost all carbon copies; absolutely Americanized is better than gutter oil, shark fin, rhino dick, bird nests, but really mostly vegetable because meat is too expensive for peasants, bull shit ass noodles.
