The idea is for teachers who elect to be armed, specifically those with a military/law enforcement background, then those teachers will be allowed to be armed. Not all teachers and not mandatory. Still dumb when armed guards would be a better band-aid, but get the narrative straight at least I believe in school police. That's what should be done. No teacher BS. Cops are aligned with guns. All schools should have a few cops on the premise. That's it. All colleges do.
