I do kinda like that both of Franziska's losses in JFA can be attributed to her hubris. She lets witnesses keep testifying because she thinks she can't lose and things like that. It's funny because on the one hand given her pursuit of perfection it's a definite weakness! On the other hand, this attitude does mean that the truth is more likely to come out.
