Something as insipid as the same guy posting click bait thread titles using the same obnoxious method of capitalizing random words shouldn't be something that is only okay simply because you're a veteran of the board. In all actuality, it's kind of sad that you have let this go on for so long without trying to make it cease. Yes, I am new to this board. Which is why an outsider's perspective is actually preferable in this case.

It's kind of like shitting all over the floor of your house, letting it fester for several years, and then accusing somebody of simply being new to your household for not enjoying the smell.
