Not everything, but almost all of it. Plus there's all the commercials and the DJ segments where almost everyone tries to be a shock jock now. You might miss out on some good stuff if you don't listen to the radio, but that's just true of music in general. There's no way to listen to everything, so you never know what stuff that you would like you aren't hearing. But radio artists are popular enough that even if you stop listening to radio, you'll probably hear about them anyway.
