Topic	18 y/o Kid who said he was gonna SHOOT UP his school faces 20 YEARS in PRISON!!!

I think any credible death threats should be met with the same sentence as the crime itself. People need to fear the consequences of their actions, that's how a deterrent works. If you claim you're going to shoot up a school, you have very poor judgment at the very least and may as well be removed.
