What's with people with annoying gimmicks invading the board recently?

While it may be trolling it IS real.

I once drove to get a job application to fill out, sat in the parking lot for ten minutes sweating, and then drove home and got under the covers and locked the door.

I haven't abandoned groceries but people making fun of it need to realize mental illness is real.

Interestingly two things helped me:
1.) My psychiatrist said it might never go away. Indeed illogical fear does flare up sometimes, but knowing it probably won't go away I remember it is illogical and try to deal with it. Not everyone can.

2.) I don't have social anxiety I have agoraphobia, which I learned is not a fear of open spaces but a fear of the unfamiliar. Once in a pattern I'm fine.

Without help I wouldn't have a job I love. The IS help out there.
