I'm a teacher and they have various loan forgiveness programs. you usually have to apply for them(which I have), but they take much longer than the 2.5 years of teaching that I have under my belt to actually complete. mastermix3000 posted... whats the update it was a government loan, so I'm not sure if they can just do that. Jen0125 posted... do you usually read your mail, green dragon? or do you just toss it? i don't get much mail, so i usually read everything. I did, however, move in the past 8 months, but everything should've been forwarded to me. Wii3Kings posted... Some of my loans were paid off (forgiven) after teaching in a public school system for a set amount of years, that could be a reason. yes, possible. ParanoidObsessive posted... It was me.
